Refund and Return Policy Guidelines
We aim to provide the best of our products and our customers to love their purchases and our services. However, in the event that we don’t fulfill and satisfy your orders, you are free to call our customer support and be guided in your return policies.
All purchases made through our website are subject and under Smart Print Supplies’ return policies.
- Our Return Policy is applicable for unopened purchased products.
- You are allowed to return purchased products within 60 days. Return shipping is shouldered by the customer.
- Non-defective products may be charged 15% restocking fee.
- All returns/ replacements must be approved by Smart Print Supplies support and received an RMA number. Any return not approved or without RMA number will not be acknowledged for refund or replacement.
